Our frame pricing is based on the inside dimension of the frame and includes assembly. To figure a frame price, simply add all four sides of the outside dimensions of the piece you want to frame and multiply by the price per inch of the moulding you choose. Be sure to measure canvases at the corner. Round fractions up to the next whole inch before multiplying. Our minimum charge for a frame is $6.00. All prices and specials are subject to change without notice. All mats, foam core, glass and Plexiglas are priced by the united inch. The united inch is the width plus the height of the particular item you are pricing. OUR GUARANTEEFranken Frames guarantees your satisfaction with every frame ordered. PLACING YOUR ORDERCall toll-free, 1-800-322-5899 ext. 6, or fax, e-mail or order online. Please have your order ready when you call. All phone orders will be read back to ensure accuracy. Faxed orders will be invoiced and a return call made to confirm the order. Return e-mail confirmation will be sent for all e-mail and online orders within 2 hours. Online orders will then be followed by a second confirmation with an invoice number associated with the order, an anticipated ship date and confirmation of the total amount of the order. If there is a problem with any order we will call to discuss and resolve any issues. Mat orders are preferred via fax, e-mail or online with an accurate sketch attached. MEASUREMENTSThe smallest frame we make is 4 inch x 4 inch with no additional charge. If you order a frame under 4 inches there will be a 25% surcharge per frame. Frames are cut to the size you specify plus 1/8 inch allowance. We will also cut exact measurements, either inside, outside or sight sizes. The largest assembled frame we ship without extra charge is 98 total inches (19"x 30" frame). Oversized frames can be shipped at an $15.00 per box oversize package charge. COLORSColors on this website are as accurate as possible, but actual color can differ when viewing on different web browsers. Moulding finishes can vary from batch to batch and may not correspond exactly to the online image. These variations are beyond our control and are not considered grounds for return. If the variation is substantial, we will call you. If a match to the online image is critical, request a free sample chip before ordering. SAMPLESWood and liner corner samples are $1.00 each. Gold and silver corners are $2.00 each. Gold, silver and wood mouldings 2 1/2 to 3 inches are $2.00 each. Mouldings over 4 inches are $3.00 each. A complete set of chip samples is $20.00, including shipping. SHIPPINGOrders are usually shipped within 5 working days of receipt. We use FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail and motor freight carriers to ship your packages. If you require a specific carrier, let us know when ordering. The largest assembled frame we ship without extra charge is 98 total inches ( 19" x30" frame). Oversized frames can be shipped at an $15.00 per box oversize package charge. Very large assembled frames can be sent by motor freight. Chop service is available and orders of chopped frames will be shipped within 3 working days. Minimum Charge is $45 Oversize Packaging Charges Any frame 19"x30" (98" or equivalent) up to 24"x34" (116" or equivalent) or a Chop over 60" add $15 per box oversize charge to the base shipping. To avoid the $15 per box assembly charge on large frames orders can be shipped Chop. Any frame over 24" x 34" (116") assembled call for quote. We can ship any size frame with the greatest length of 96" via Chop.
Chop denotes - frame cut to size, routed corners and provide for easy self assembly. On all Chops over 60" in length the $15 oversize charge will be added to the base shipping. Mats, foamcore and plexi that is over 19"x30" on the outside will be an additional $15.00 added to the base shipping. |

DAMAGED PACKAGEThe frames in your order are packed in perfect condition. Each order is shipped in a custom-made box with ample packing to cushion the contents during transit. However, if damage does occur: Note any external damage to the box (holes, tears, dents, etc.). Look especially closely at the corners of the box. Damage may not be obvious, like crushed corners or sides that have rebounded. INSPECT CONTENTS OF BOX UPON DELIVERY. If contents are damaged, follow the instructions packed with the order. Keep the shipping box and packing for inspection by the shipper. You must notify us of any damage within 10 days of receipt. RETURNSAll frames and corner samples are custom made for you; therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we have made an error or there are defects not noticed by us. Should a frame need to be returned, you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
